Deserving Style Return and Refund Policy

We strive to meet your expectations, but if for some reason we fall short, we offer convenient exchange and refund policies for your ease.

Conditions for Returns:

• Only domestic orders can be returned.
• All custom-made orders are non-returnable.
• The item(s) should be unused, unsoiled, and unwashed.
• The original tags should be intact on the packaging.
• The return should be initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
• If you receive a wrong shipment or damaged product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We may ask for images to assess your return request. Kindly assist with the requirements if needed.

Reverse Pick-Up:

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-3 business days. Reverse pick-up is available in limited areas. If reverse pick-up is not available, you will need to ship the product back to us. Our team will assist you with the details.

Return Charges:

Exchange/Replacement:
 

•  No reverse charges will be applied. We will bear the cost of return and exchange. Free reverse pick-up and exchange can be availed only once per order.

Return/Refund
 

• Shipping charges and cash on delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. The remaining amount will be credited back to you.
• If the error is from our side, we will refund the full payment without any deduction.

Mode of Refund:

• Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited to the same account.
  
• COD/Bank Deposit/PayTM: We will need your bank details to process the refund.
• The amount will be refunded after receiving and quality checking the returned product. It will be credited within 5-7 days after receiving the return.
